What We Do
We provide a personalized, evidenced-based approach for parenting your child, guided by your inner wisdom.
How We Do It
Through individualized support for families in the comfort of their own homes (or via video call), with phone and email support.
Why It Matters
Parent coaching encourages you to examine how you're showing up for your child and consciously choose parenting strategies that create a more
harmonious family dynamic.

Group Coaching
Gather four to eight fellow parents and we can explore the challenges of parenting more deeply. Together we'll work on understanding our family of origin, our experiences and how they relate to raising our children can empower us to become more confident parents. We can meet on a regular basis, growing and encouraging each other.
1:1 Support
Personalized Parent Coaching
I offer 1:1 coaching in your home or via Zoom. Prior to our time together I will review your concerns, each family member’s temperament profile, and your child’s developmental stage. First I work with the whole family for an hour; the second hour will be adults only so we can personalize and implement plans for your family.

“You have been such an incredible source of strength and support. Thank you for helping build my confidence when I had none.
