Do you repeat the same struggle with your child, day after day?
Have you had the same conversation with your partner over and over?
Or do you feel confused about what to do as a parent?

In many families, parents have different backgrounds and experiences which confuse their parenting goals. Extended family, friends, and acquaintances all have opinions to “help” us, as well as the plethora of books now available. What is a parent to do?

If you're ready to learn about yourself, your children’s behaviors, and family dynamics, I can guide you.

Change is not always easy, however, I will support you and the rewards are worth your investment.

I believe each parent has inner wisdom that can be relied on to guide them on this journey and as a parent coach my role is to help you cultivate a better relationship with your family.

After our session, you'll come away with an individualized toolbox of parenting strategies and approaches, appropriate for your family and child's age/stage.

By working collaboratively we develop goals and strategies that serve the whole family to have less power struggles, fewer challenges, and more harmony at home.

"We’ve had two sessions with Gail already, and her insights and tools for navigating our 3-year-old’s challenging behaviors has made a huge difference! Gail really gets into the weeds with you to understand what is happening with your child and family and recommends tools and approaches for your unique situation. I highly recommend her!"
